Large, high appearance glossy surface with heavy ribbing on the opposite surface
High probability of unacceptable sink marks

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS:
Eliminate the ribbing and add sheet metal assembly to the part
Thicken up the front surface to accommodate the ribbing
Assemble a cosmetic surface part to the front of the panel
Go with Gas Assist
